Developer submissions

To submit a new application, extension, or integration for inclusion on the Uziyu marketplace, follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth review and onboarding process.

  • Required information: app name, package/app ID, supported platforms (iOS, Android, Web), a short description, pricing model, and a link to a sandbox or demo environment if available.
  • Assets to attach: app icon, store listing URL, privacy policy URL, and any compliance documents or certifications relevant to your submission.
  • Security and privacy: describe data handling practices, permissions requested, and any third-party services or SDKs integrated with your app.
  • Review timeline expectations: an acknowledgment is provided within 24 hours on business days; a dedicated reviewer will outline next steps and required materials.

Note: Uziyu reserves the right to request additional information and to decline submissions that do not meet technical, policy, or safety standards.

Response times

We are committed to delivering timely and professional engagement. Typical timelines are as follows, with updates provided as cases progress.

  • General inquiries: acknowledgment within 24 hours; substantive reply within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Developer submissions: acknowledgment within 24 hours; initial technical review within 3–5 business days; full onboarding decisions may require up to 10 business days for complex assessments.
  • During peak periods or holidays, response times may extend by one additional business day.

Business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00–18:00 UTC. Inquiries submitted outside these hours are reviewed on the next business day.
