By accessing or using the Platform at uziyu.com or via any connected services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Uziyu regarding your use of the Platform. By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or using any part of the Platform, you affirm that you have read, understood, and consent to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Using the Platform

Uziyu is an app discovery platform that catalogs mobile applications and provides links to the apps’ pages hosted on third-party storefronts. The Platform itself does not host or distribute apps or their content. You may use the Platform to discover apps, read descriptions, and navigate to external storefronts such as Google Play for installation and download. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) Uziyu is not responsible for the content, availability, or conduct of third-party apps or storefronts; (b) any transactions or interactions you have with third-party app listings are governed solely by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties; and (c) Uziyu bears no responsibility for any damages or losses arising from such interactions.

Intellectual Property

All material on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and underlying code (collectively, the "Content"), is owned by Uziyu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Uziyu name and logo, along with other marks used on the Platform, are trademarks of Uziyu. You may access, view, and print Content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not alter or remove any notices or proprietary rights markings. No license or right to any Content is granted to you by implication or otherwise, except as expressly described in these Terms.

Users may submit content, reviews, or feedback through designated features (collectively, "User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Uziyu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Platform and our business operations. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User Content and that its use does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party or violate law or these Terms.

Third-Party Links and Google Play Hosting

The Platform may include links to applications that are hosted on Google Play or other third-party storefronts. Uziyu does not host, maintain, or control the apps themselves, and is not responsible for the availability, content, or security practices of those third-party storefronts. The inclusion of links to Google Play listings does not constitute an endorsement by Uziyu of those apps, and your interactions with Google Play or any linked app are governed by the terms and privacy policies of Google Play and the respective developers. You acknowledge that you access third-party content at your own risk and that Uziyu disclaims any liability arising from such third-party sites or apps.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." UZIYU MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. CONTENT AND INFORMATION ON THE PLATFORM MAY BE INACCURATE OR OUTDATED, AND UZIYU MAKES NO COMMITMENT TO UPDATE OR CORRECT IT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UZIYU, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF UZIYU UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO UZIYU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (ii) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD 100). THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Uziyu and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or tied to your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any rights of a third party.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Uziyu is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in that jurisdiction, subject to applicable arbitration or mediation provisions, if any, stated by Uziyu and communicated to you. The foregoing does not prevent Uziyu from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Modifications to the Terms

Uziyu reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on the Platform and update the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or for other conduct that we determine is harmful to Uziyu or its users, without liability. All restrictions, disclaimers, and limitations of liabilities that protect Uziyu shall survive termination.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by Uziyu’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
